To build a machine learning model to segregate operational and non-operational questions from unstructured data extracted from YouTube videos, YouTube links and chat messages. Operational data corresponds to problems related to communication channel between student and teacher. Non-operational data refer to rest sentences which comprise of doubt related to subject,greetings etc.
After segregating, the operational data will be used to find which remote centers are facing connectivity issues and in need of system servicing.
