• Myntra as Pure MarketPlace Platform Architected the end-to-end solution. This project impacted 40 to 45 services and the impact was mostly among all product and business stakeholders. This initiative achieved 7% revenue growth within 6 months and enabled scaleup of Omni and increased breadth and depth of inventory across all categories.
• Architected the solution for multi-datacenter setup of Myntra Tech Systems and seamless migration which enabled utilization of 30k idle cores.
• Architected the solution for PII data handling for the whole of Inbound Org as part of Compliance Initiative.
• Rearchitected the Discounts, Catalog Serve and Seller Prioritisation Engine platforms as they became tier 1 services. This required them to support 3 million RPM from the existing 50k RPM these services were serving. It fixed price mismatch issues and faster agility on feature implementation across each of the platforms.
• Designed the solution for handling multiple MRPs in different lots leading to incremental GMV of 20Cr per year.
• Wrote architecture roadmap with a 2-year view for the inbound org.
• Responsible for horizontal platforms roadmap, execution and evangelization owned by Inbound Org - Job Tracker, MySS, Airbus, DAM, UIKit, Spectrum.
• Conceptualised and bootstrapped Myntra Tech Myngle Platform series - open tech talk conference with public audience.
• Part of Architects technology forum which executes long-term technology charter under the leadership of CTO and prepares the tech roadmap for Myntra.
• Core member of tech leadership hiring committee.

• Led platform team that owns below-mentioned critical components and some of them have very high scale requirements - million requests per minute:- User attribute service, Event processing engine, Authentication and Access Management service, Session service, Location service, A/B test service, Segmentation service, Messaging platform, and Scheduler service. Designed and Architected MySS, Morpheus, Airbus and Yantra platforms from scratch which are now adopted in the whole of Myntra.
• Architected the multi-tenancy across platform services as part of Myntra Jabong tech systems rationalisation which resulted in 30% infra cost savings.
• Responsible for capacity planning, scaling and benchmarking for platform services during half-yearly high revenue sales.
• Did code reviews, design reviews and platform roadmap reviews.
• Documented best practices around coding, design, quality, performance and security and gave talks on the same.
