• 1. ixigo-hotels - Launched hotel products from scratch.
• 2. Brainstormed and created a service to separate our trip DB from booking service to enable its read and write scale as well as configurable to migrate to any new DB as and when required.
• 3. Helped to disintegrate our booking service into multiple micro-services which included config API. Moved it to another service as it was occupying almost 30% of the heap space of our booking service flow as well as fixed how configs were being pre-loaded.
• 4. Figured out the major reason for our SQL connection pool choking and came up with a solution to create 30 unique trip ids per millisecond.
• 5. Worked on bus services, one of the core micro-service,
• responsible for managing bus-related bookings.
• 6. Decreased log analysis effort by proposing and ensuring
• adherence to guidelines for the creation of alerts, dashboards on
• loki.
• 7. Worked on the elastic search for log analysis and auto-completer.
