I joined CGI as a fresher software developer where I learnt a lots of tools and technology like, HTML, CSS JS,SQL,Jira Tools.I worked almost 1year . My duties were interact with global suport to debug the page and solve the technical query. I worked according to the ticked assigned in Jira tools. I worked with product bases organization as well Qlicket as a technical support engineer. Here I was dealing with global wifi support, troubleshooting,whitelisting device, App server restart, API support, linux and debugging page with the help of Chrome inspect element.
