Designed and implemented an end-to-end microservice fan-feed from scratch which is similar to Instagram feed.
Refactored the code and database architecture (MongoDB) of fan-feed to handle large number of requests, optimized overall performance by a factor of 50 (4sec to 80ms), 20% increment in daily active users.
Proposed an idea to generate live leaderboard that is currently being used in production, handling more than 1000 requests per second.
