• Designed and developed from scratch Kobo’s USSD solution to manage truck lifecycle journey that had a user-facing interface which drivers can interact with on their mobile. The solution was built in NodeJS microservices.
• Built modular, extendable, and easily maintainable microservices in Nests framework using Typescript for Kobo insurance portal (Kobo Safe). The product was processing around 2bn NGN worth of insurance per year.
• Designed and implemented a modular, extendable, and easily maintainable architecture for Kobo’s Barge Management System. The system could take barge request from the customers and assign barges to the request based on the schedule provided. It also manages the whole lifecycle journey of the barge request.
• Developed Freight Management system in Nodejs, capable for taking freight requests from customers and manage their lifecycle. The solution was built in NodeJS microservices.
• Built Kobo’s Campaign system for sending out real-time notifications like push, WhatsApp, SMS, email etc., to customers. The system was used for sending out company’s campaign to the customers. The solution was built in scalable NestJS microservices and AWS lambda.
• Developed Kobo’s WhatsApp chatbot for for automating various process flows, like updating status of truck trips, placing truck request, uploading waybills etc., The solution was built in NestJS microservices framework and WATI service was used for utilizing WhatsApp functionalities.

• Designed and developed highly available, fault tolerant microservices to integrate different SaaS product used inside Telstra like Salesforce, ServiceNow, Amdocs, Aria etc., to cater different business functionalities.
• Built customer data sync up solution between Salesforce and ServiceNow via robust Java spring based microservices for high volume business. Result was 20% decrease in data sync up latency as compared to legacy solution.
• Built serverless NodeJS AWS lambda function for Once Off Credit Adjustments feature, which were provided to customer as part of dispute on the charges/bill.
