• Samsung Android Smart Phone Browser Development
• Worked on the browser development in Samsung Galaxy and Note series smartphones. Involved in the development of several browser features that were commercialized in the Samsung Galaxy and Note series smartphones.
• Experience in apple webkit and chromium blink layout engine for rendering the webpages in Samsung smartphone browsers. Fixed several memory leaks and reduced the power consumption in browsers.
• Browser and SNS Applications development on SGP (Samsung GSM Platform)
• Responsible for the development of Accuweather and Twitter widget for the SGP platform (feature phone platform of the Samsung built on ST-Ericsson chipset and NXP firmware). The widget has auto update-features.
• Ported the Twitter and Facebook application to SGP platform. Implemented a completely new UI for Facebook and Twitter application for different screen sizes for different regions and languages. Added a number of new features in the applications which were already supported on the desktop version. Issue handling and maintenance within specified time when required by testing team was a highlight of the project. The applications were extensively tested by the worldwide Samsung testing teams and fixed hundreds of bugs.
• Worked on the development of the browser in SGP platform. It used NetFront library in the backend. Optimized the browser to work in low memory (4Mb) constraints.

• Integration of business processes in an Event Driven Service Oriented Architecture (EDSOA).
• The project aimed to develop and implement a software architecture that supports collaboration and communication of business processes in a distributed environment.
• My contribution to the project was to generate events which were arranged to XML format for the purpose of service orientation. The events were then processed by the complex event processing engine (CEP-ESPER) and were later saved in “Berkeley DB XML”.
• Information that can be used in business activities was extracted from them. A reference implementation converted the case study to Java. The languages/tools used were Java, XML, Berkeley DB XML, Esper (Complex Event Processing Engine).
