• Lead the migration of the entire infrastructure from AWS ECS to Kubernetes for better reliability, support & extensibility. It's a 2 cluster system, running multiple services with auto scaling and monitoring in place.
• Lead the development of a complete CI/CD pipeline to fully automate the release process by using Kubernetes, AWS and Spinnaker which resulted in a 75% reduction in deployment time.
• Built a framework for Inter Service Communications, Authentication, Asynchronous Processing etc by using AWS SQS, Kubernetes pods as workers, custom python libraries etc.
• Provided visibility into the system by Application Performance Monitoring, Infrastructure Monitoring, Error Monitoring, Request Logging & Tracing, AWS Alarms etc. This lead to multiple code optimisations, fixes and infrastructural cost savings.
• Implemented Engineering Best Practices within the team.
• Designed and built multiple microservices for tracking vehicles by cellular locations, calculating ETA, sending out communications etc. It is currently serving close to 11.5M+ GPS points for 120K+ trips and 200K+ communications per month.

• Built a Scalable & Fault Tolerant System for connecting patients and doctors over cellular calls (90k calls per day) with an Intelligent Switching of operators to maintain the highest possible connectivity percentage.
• Built Google One Tap Login for Practo as a part of Growth Engineering team, collected close to 600k emails in 3 months, an increase of 2200% in email collection.
• Build OTP less login via cellular call during appointment booking. This lead to a monthly increase of approximately 2000+ appointments thereby leading to 1M INR increase in revenue.
• Technologies used Python Flask, AWS SQS, Cloudwatch, RDS, ElasticCache, Redash for metric analysis etc.
