• Sphere India is a national coordination agency that collaborates with national NGO's, government agencies and international agencies for emergency preparedness for response. The collaborative advocacy vertical undertakes advocacy initiatives jointly with Sphere India's member organizations. During my tenure at Sphere I managed a team of 5 fellows and primarily worked on coordinating with stakeholders, developing assessment tools and mechanisms and collating India's first Multi Sector Coordination Handbook for Emergency Preparedness for Response. I specifically worked on the protection and education sector handbooks. My work at Sphere also involved coordinating with sector committees and developing advocacy initiatives during occurring emergencies.

• As a national coordinator with SKA, a movement with the vision to eradicate manual scavenging, I am handling advocacy, litigation and rehabilitation. Working closely with Bezwada Wilson, one of India's renowned human rights activists, has given me a chance to study the issue of sewer and septic tank deaths and work on rehabilitation and compensation of manual scavengers.

• Conducted workshops on Sex Education (covering topics such as puberty, responsibility, safe sex) for children living in Sangam Vihar, one of the largest slum dwellings in New Delhi.

• Conducted teacher trainings in urban and rural schools across Odisha, Haryana, New Delhi and Noida.
• Conducted workshops for school children on “Feel-Imagine-Do-Share”, which is a program that empowers children to bring a positive change to their immediate environment.
• Managed I CAN School Challenge with 1700+ participating teams from schools across India.
• Handled the screening process of selecting the best project/stories submitted for the I CAN School Challenge; this gave me a deep insight into the problems faced and the indigenous solutions designed by young children from varying backgrounds.
• Assisted in developing training modules to train teachers on techniques of infusing novel design ideas into education.
• Conducted research & data analyses for various social projects.

• As a Project Manager with Kitaab Club I have led teams of interns during literacy camps in remote villages of Uttrakhand.
