• Working on designing and scaling the payments infra of Meesho.
• Migration from a PA to an in-house infra which can handle Meesho scale and does intelligent routing, creating fallbacks and integration with popular payment instruments like UPI Plugin -- Meesho was the first company to integrate with BHIM UPI Plugin option to enable it's user to pay online without ever needing the leave the app.

• Supply Growth
• Joined Meesho with the supply growth team, where we owned the Catalogue upload flow, Go-live flow, and Taxonomy (Single source of truth to fetch Product/Catalog details across Meesho).
• Worked on migrating Taxonomy (30K RPS) to Reactive Java, to reduce the cost of compute by utilising thread non-blocking paradigm of Java Rx.
• Revamp of the catalogue upload panel for suppliers to enhance search and troubleshooting capabilities of supplier file uploads, reduce the need for manual intervention by the support team and ensure a smooth onboarding of catalogues keeping compliance and security at the forefront.
• Transact
• Joined the Transact team 10 months after joining Meesho. This team takes care of the entire checkout funnel at Meesho, All the screens from "Add To Cart/Buy Now" to "Order Placed Successfully" are owned by this team.
• Part of the RTO POD where I closely worked with Product and Business folks, reduced RTO rate by 20%.
• Worked on cloud migration to ensure smooth onboarding on GCP of all pieces including MySQL, Redis, Pods, Mongo, and Kafka then timely closure of AWS services.
• Became part of Prepaid POD where the focus is on increasing prepaid share.
• Platform
• Worked with the Platform team during the cloud migration of all Kafka clusters from AWS MSK to GCP Confluent.
• Worked on an in-house library to abstract all the Kafka use cases for the service owners.
• Designed and executed a migration strategy for 19 Clusters having 1300 topics with zero downtime.
