I am a Site Reliability engineer working with Canada's food and pharmacy leader, Loblaw Companies Limited. At Loblaw, I work on the projects that help Canadians live life well. I optimize our platform architecture and automate processes to ensure we consistently meet and enhance the outcomes aligned with Loblaw's business strategies. I am responsible for overseeing the service delivery of the SRE team, including responsiveness to user requests and issues/outages. I enjoy coaching, mentoring, and guiding my team, especially when they encounter challenges. So, what do I do in my "free time"?
