• I played the role of a trainer for a 2 month bootcamp for 40 client interns. The program included running technical sessions such as OOPS, TDD, CI/CD etc + project simulation phase. During project simulation phase I was responsible for mentoring a team of 10 where I mentored them on Agile Practices, best software design principle, best coding practices, good software delivery etc.

• I lead the effort for database migration from Cosmos DB to Couchbase DB with the
• integration of Kafka connect. This delivery helped in cost savings of upto ~3.5k

• Introduced JMX metrics for Couchbase Kafka Connector through prometheus and

• Introduced rolling logs using log4j in order to reduce memory consumption on

• As part of modernising monolith application, I lead the effort in translating complex
• pricing engine into Golang based application.
• I was responsible for setting up microservices which was internally used to
• configure various crypto assets.

• I handled the CollPoll iOS app entirely, from building features, fixing bugs to making the app robust and constantly thinking of scalability.
• Introduced build configurations to get QA/Production app by just 2 clicks thus increasing the productivity. We previously had to change at least 4 files manually to get this done.
• Automated publishing builds to app store by integrating Fastlane.
• Completely ReArchitected one of the core module(called Feed) of the application from ground up. This involved migrating 6000 odd Objective C code base to Swift. Made the entire feature modular by incorporating component based architecture.
• Introduced building module based storyboards. This made a significant impact in not making main storyboard from getting clumsier, reduce the headache of merge conflicts when more than two people are working on the same project. (Not an idealistic solution but it worked out pretty well for us)
• Helped in building key features in a very limited amount of time, which helped in getting the contract from one of our clients.
• Introduced Agile Product Development(Scrum) to our Engineering team which everybody follows religiously
• I have been actively involved in Growing our iOS and QA team as a part of our Engineering team.
