• I was working in the Motor Insurance team of Phonepe, primarily responsible for the backend development of our renewal business in our team. I had successfully negotiated contracts with Insurers and launched our very first providers for the same. Built a process for prefetching quotation details from Insurers and informing the customers in advance through different reminder mechanisms which helped in getting user attention to their pending renewals through our platform.
• Had extensively worked on improving the alerts for the whole Motor Insurance ecosystem which has helped us by detecting the issues or bugs at our end in a very initial stage and hence not giving our users a bad experience.
