• After Dartboard's acquisition by Indiqus, I joined up as VP - Product Engineering. Indiqus provides private and hybrid clouds on top of Cloudstack to telecom companies. My role when I joined was rather multi-faceted, since it revolved around writing code to power our cloud billing engine on top of Cloudstack and Openstack, managing a team of 12 engineers working across backend, frontend and release management - this also involved creating a lot of internal tooling and processes to streamline dev workflows. In my current role, I'm leading DevOps and R&D; this involves driving our DevOps roadmap for internal and external customers, working on building prototype products around cloud-native tech, as well as strategic public cloud consulting. I'm also responsible for building custom Kubernetes provisioning/management layers on top of CloudStack and OpenStack, for allowing a managed service Kubernetes experience with on-prem/edge clouds.

• Having seen that most product and UX decisions are/were being made on intuition and the ever-elusive 'hunch', we conceptualised Dartboard with the aim of helping product teams conduct data-driven discussions. Dartboard serves 2 main purposes - a) give a daily snapshot of 'clinical' data that enables teams to see their product and business health, and b) track the most essential parts of user experience and journeys to answer 'business-forward' data science questions.
• In other words, Dartboard is your on-demand data team.

My work stretches from engineering to design and product management, to growth hacking for communities as well as curating and creating original content around the Indian product ecosystem.

• HasGeek curates exceptional technology conferences every year, in Bangalore, as well as creating discussion spaces for geeks. My role here revolved around writing a bit of code here and there behind HasJob, as well as maintaining different event websites. I also curated content for Meta Refresh 2015, a conference behind frontend engineering, as well as worked on event logistics and outreach.

• MathHarbor essentially aims to build an ecosystem for open-source scientific computing, through building better cloud platforms for mathematical and scientific coding, building open video courseware on using open source tools for solving problems across multiple scientific disciplines, as well as creating bootcamps and workshops around the same theme. We also work with the military on building more powerful wargaming engines for modelling discrete combat scenarios in a more realistic manner.

I also served as an interim product and language(European LoBs) coach for new hires - this involves training them in customer service for Amazon.co.uk, facilitating their transit into Operations, and serving as the first point of contact for all administrative issues.

• one of North America*s top email marketing solutions provider. We at BIG handled customer support and advanced technical troubleshooting. My job there was to liaise with customers facing advanced technical problems ranging from email HTML bugs to delivery and tracking reports not being accurate, and so on.
• Key Accomplishments:
• Broadened my knowledge about how marketing on the Internet really works.
• Worked on a small project to help customers publish their email campaigns on their personal/business Facebook and/or Twitter pages, in order to increase their consumer base and cash in on the social networking boom.
