I am a Software Engineer SMTS at Salesforce, where I design and develop scalable and reliable systems for the world's leading CRM platform. At bigbasket.com, worked on end to end technology for subscriptions business which is called bbdaily. I led the design and implementation of the multiple micro services for bbdaily. I have over seven years of experience in software engineering, working on various projects involving e-commerce, classifieds, and logistics domains, using agile methodologies, cloud technologies, and communication skills with sense of commitment and ownership. I have also earned multiple certifications from Microsoft and an individual initiative award from Quikr, where I was a Software Engineer before joining bigbasket.com. I hold a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Computer Science from R. V. College of Engineering, Bangalore, where I graduated in 2016. I am a keen learner who is always eager to explore new technologies and challenges, and a self-directed and motivated professional who works effectively in a dynamic environment. Bbdaily Operations
This service manages all the post order flows like crate optimisation, delivery/picking sequence calculations, delivery executive assignments, delivery acknowledgements. Operations were very much critical with tight SLAs and a slight miss in SLAs would cause a lot of UDs(Undelivered Items) and a loss for the business.
Led the design and implementation of the BBDaily Operations Service. Optimizations for the cost in last mile operations. Worked on multiple algorithms for business use cases to optimise the efficiency of the delivery persons.
Reduced the time taken by 50% for the nightly processes that run once the cut off is reached for the customers and thereby ensuring the optimal operations during the night.

Content Moderation Service:
Quikr as a platform needs a lot of content moderation and these rules for moderation change for different verticals. Provided hooks for the different verticals to moderate based on their requirement through the content moderation service.

Payment collection mechanisms were through cash and reconciliation was very difficult. Through the payment service, worked on Payment APIs and integrated ICICI UPI payments which accounted for 20 percent of payments in the Managed PGs vertical of Quikr(Quikr Homes Managed Rentals).
Improved Payments structure and provided enhancements to support Partial payments as per business requirements also supported different payment modes like UPI,razorpay, etc. for QHMR.
Implemented stateless authentication for APIs through JWT token implementation.
