• During my tenure at Innovaccer, I had the opportunity to work on their SaaS products and collaborate with clients like Roche as a full-stack developer. My role extended beyond development, as I took on the responsibilities of a Team Lead, contributing to frontend, backend, mobile, and DevOps aspects. A significant part of my work involved leading Innovaccer's open-source mobile design system team, where I managed efforts and ensured the smooth functioning of the design system for mobile applications.
• I demonstrated my skills as a leader by effectively managing the mobile team, guiding their growth, and coordinating their efforts to deliver high-quality products. With ownership of all iOS platform apps within the company, I maintained their functionality, performance, and user experience to meet client expectations. Additionally, I took the initiative to establish a CI/CD pipelines, resulting in an optimized deployment process and increased efficiency.
• As part of my contribution to the development community, I played a role in creating custom DartPad and Dart Services, providing developers with valuable tools to experiment with the design system. Projects such as CBO, Patient App, and InNote were among my successful endeavors, where I actively participated in their development and implementation.
• Throughout my journey, collaboration with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and quality assurance, allowed for seamless integration and successful project delivery. I maintained open lines of communication and actively engaged in team discussions and decision-making processes, fostering a cohesive and productive work environment.
• The diverse tech stack I worked with included NextJS, React, Django, and Flutter, enabling me to tackle a range of challenges across multiple platforms. My experience at Innovaccer has not only honed my technical skills but also provided me with valuable leadership and project management expertise.
