• Led engineering for core supply chain operations both on technology and people front.
• In short span of three months, enabled and delivered the entire engineering system from scratch for doing core b2c operations (recent initiative) for strategic partnerships like Grofers and Flipkart and operationalised in two cities (Bangalore,Mumbai) and is been expanding to more cities.

• Interfacing with product and business counterparts and finalising product requirements and UI/UX flows.
• Weekly engineering planning for b2c as well as b2b new initiatives and enhancements to existing initiatives.
• High Level and low level design - various alternatives and choosing optimal one that suits to use-cases.
• Frontend dependencies - api contracts finalisations and quick prototyping.
• Quick prototyping -> Enhancing engineering features based on ground operations feedback and incorporating the same.
• Operational ease - smoothening various touch points and bringing structure that suits to team dynamics with collaborative discussion with team and entire approach was bottoms-up.
• Engineers execution review and alternate day stand-ups and trouble shooting issues and root-causing them in depth and there by getting more engineering time for development of new features and initiatives.

• Worked in Games platform of customer engagement at Flipkart building core components of Games platform.
• Built QuizTime game (KBC for all users), a highly scalable low latency precision based game witnessing a qps of 200k during 2018 Big Billion Days of flipkart having complex functionalities like micro batching for showing statistics, near realtime leaderboard declaration for non-knockout game format, rendering question to all users at the same instant, storing answer submitted by all users in a consistent fashion and many more... Tech stack used here are Dropwizard Service, MongoDb, HBase as data store, guava loading caches, zookeeper based leader election.
• Contributed to the development of decision science platform which features on-boarding machine learning models and worked on pjatformization of ml constructs like hyper parameter selection, forecast ensembling in decision science platform. Tech stack used here was storm (for distributed execution and orchestration) and R for machine learning and statistical transformations and hdfs/elastic as data store.
