• Project Argus: End to end design and implementation with a team of 2 engineers. Automated SLI/SLO creation and capturing. Via this project we were able to create alerts over api out of the box. Query language was provided for custom alerts. This helped us launch observe’s different offering in multiple clusters without the hassle of creating alerts and slos in each of them.
• SSO integration: Designing and implementation of a solution using Auth0 [sso provider] provided to an important customer in a small time. The solution allowed users to log into our product using any configured Idp.

• Created a new microservice from a monolith. Worked on design, implementation and DB separation of this service. The service has a load of ~50k tps. This entire exercise was done without taking a downtime. The service was entirely cloud native having a separate mongo cluster.
• Worked on a lot of product feature tasks as well. Desktop apps common login, Screen recording app re-architecture. Product beta to GA.

• Was involved in HLD of a comparison service that was entirely cloud-native. It was written in Golang and we used AWS Lambdas, EC2, RDS for development. The application was able to take load up to 600tps of load.
• The team was facing an ambiguous problem wherein Splunk queries were taking too much time to process. I was quickly able to identify few problems regarding the cluster and our own usage of Splunk.
• I removed a single log that was repeating and took nearly 10MB of space for each request.
• The way we configured our alerts on Splunk, we weren't using saved searches. This was a major bottleneck. Whilst doing this activity I was able to find a problem in our logging which was increasing our latency in our primary service. This single change lead to 8% reduction in latency.

• Worked on invoicing/Billing automation. The invoices sent to the billing team were earlier in the form of an email with an invoice excel sheet. Used AWS Lambda to process the invoice and send it across to the billing team by an API call.
• Worked on an End to End testing framework, where I developed multiple lambdas and used step function to invoke them. The framework was supposed to test out the entire Points team code.

• 1) I was working on the SMRD project with the mobility group which required me to make a data purging desktop application. The application had a basic interface and the user was supposed to enter the details. The application was used for the local machine hosting the server
• 2) The second project required me to make a Java application for their local host and the servers so as to create a backup which will be used in case of a machine or a server breakdown
