If you think healthy food shouldn't be a luxury, you're in the right place. Hi, I'm Kuldeep, Founder of Anveshan. My life is split between two realities. Weekdays in the city where my father worked as a government employee. Summers in our village, where relatives survived on ₹400 daily wages. This contrast between urban comfort and rural struggle shaped everything that followed. From IIT Guwahati to Goldman Sachs offer to launching Packet (my first startup) - yet I couldn't escape one question. Why does farming, civilization's foundation, offer the least reward? More importantly, what could I build to change this? The answer emerged during a 2018 research trip. Twenty IIT interns. Twenty research papers. Twenty villages studied. One revelation: farmers weren't failing - the system was designed against them. I started Anveshan that year with my co-founders Aayushi and Akhil. Our Bangalore apartment became ground zero. Storage room as a warehouse. Drawing room for packing. Two village cousins were the first employees. Five years later, the transformation speaks for itself: 📍₹0 to ₹250 Cr revenue trajectory 📍10,000+ farmers earning 3x their previous income 📍100,000+ families accessing pure nutrition 📍220+ team members (most started as interns, now run departments) 📍19 rural processing facilities generating local employment I measure everything - daily run distance, sleep time, meditation sessions and infact parents call minutes. Because what gets measured gets improved. But here's what I've learned: spreadsheets show progress, conversations create breakthroughs.   • At Anveshan, we are redefining food. In the current scenario, most of the food which we eat is highly processed and full of preservatives and chemicals. Also on the other side food growers are not getting the correct price for their produce as they are unable to market or process their raw produce. To solve this we came up with decentralized model and working on three aspects
  • 1) Anveshan Food Products:- Creating high-quality natural food using our traditional old methods
  • 2) Anveshan Partner Farms:- Creating micro-entrepreneurs in villages, who helps us to create such food product. We are targeting youth and women to run these units and cater to farmers nearby.
  • 3) Anveshan Traceability App:- Building India's first end to end traceability app, where consumers can know each and every data about their food just by scanning QR code on the product. We extract quality control data across the supply chain using IOT & Image processing, this not only acts as a proof of quality for consumers but also helps us to manage our decentralized partner farms efficiently.
