• I am working in a live project as a Salesforce Developer.
• We have different modules in our project which are in different Technologies.
• Mod1: We have a Legacy Intranet system which is developed before few years ago. It's CRM System developed in ASP.NET with SQL Server.
• Technology:- ASP.Net 3.5, C#, SQL.
• Mod2: We have another module which is Integration module and totally implemented with WCF. This Module works to integrate two CRM Systems with each other. As we have an old CRM product in .NET and we have nearly developed CRM in salesforce.

• Mod3: SalesForce CRM
• We are developing new features for CRM system which was developed about year ago in Salesforce. We are developing this CRM system with lots of out-of-box functionality and Apex development with Visual Force, as per the client's requirement and business process.

• Every year, Tata Research Development and Design Center (TRDDC) selects student groups from different colleges for a year long project competition. Each group works on a project which aims to develop a POC for one of the many on-going research initiatives at TRDDC.
• Our team worked on "DSS for Workforce Planning using Constraint Programming", under the guidance of Dr. Sachin Lodha and Mangesh Gharote.
• We aimed to improve employee retention in large IT firms by automating the allocation process and providing resource managers with essential tools to monitor, analyze and tune the system to improve its performance.
• We managed to improve employee retention by 8% and reduced cost of resource allocation by 10%.
