About

I love building products that solve real customer problems and deliver measurable business outcomes. With 15+ years of experience — including 11+ years in product management, 4 years in engineering, and 4+ years in people leadership — I’ve worked and led teams across both B2C and B2B environments. I began my career as a developer, and that foundation continues to shape my systems-thinking mindset. It helps me bridge long-term product vision with practical, high-quality engineering execution. Currently, I serve as a Group Product Manager at Booking.com, leading a cross-functional org of 30+ across Product, Engineering, and Design. I own a portfolio spanning the accommodation selection and post-booking journey, shaping the experience for millions of global users. My scope includes both B2C growth levers (discovery, comparison, modification flows) and B2B tooling (partner automation, smart defaults, content enrichment). I’ve led my teams to deliver over €97M/year in realized impact through a combination of 0→1 innovation (e.g. free rescheduling on non-refundable bookings), personalisation via ML, a complete relaunch of the room selection experience to help customers find their perfect stay (replacing Booking.com 25 year old legacy flow) and post-booking improvements that significantly reduced cancellations. Currently driving a 200M/year new growth strategy! Prior to Booking.com, I led the International Flights Product at MakeMyTrip, where I oversaw a comprehensive product transformation that resulted in a 22% YoY increase in conversion, 70% reduction in booking errors, and 150% boost in ancillary sales within six months. I collaborated across Revenue, Marketing, Technology, UX, and Supplier Integration to deliver sustainable, full-stack growth.
