• Took the CSAM Detection tool to GA(processing 100K images/sec) leading to a massive win for the team. This work
• involved:
• Adding missing product features like credentials retention
• Adding missing metrics and observability
• Adding means to impound CSAM images from other Cloudflare products
• Better integration with third-party dependencies, hence removing future causes of incidents
• Setting up our team-managed Redis cluster
• Migration of legacy Abuse processing Migration Scripts(processing around 200k abuse complaints a month) to Golang using cadence workflow engine. This led to increased observability of the system and set it up as a foundation stone for ongoing migrations of legacy systems.
