I am currently a Lead Software Engineer at Salesforce, working within the Service Cloud team to drive innovative solutions for enterprise-scale customer service platforms. Previously, I contributed to Walmart Global Tech's Price Analytics Platform, building next generation pricing data platform through cutting-edge analytics. Before that, I worked on Microsoft's Azure Storage team, collaborating closely with the Azure NetApp Files team to integrate cloud volume services into the Azure ecosystem. Additionally, I served as a Software Engineer 2 with Microsoft's Teams engineering group, gaining extensive experience with Azure CosmosDB, Azure Service Bus, and Azure Service Fabric.
