  • ● Migrating the entire infrastructure(both staging and prodcution) to AWS Opsworks -
  • The stack which was previously on EC2 was moved to a Chef orchestrated environment.
  • Planned and executed the migration, with zero downtime and a significant performance boost.
  • Wrote chef recipes for setting up the Rails stack including app servers and background workers.
  • ● Improved response time by 50% by introducing caching.
  • ● Setup the environment on AWS from scratch - Setup the VPC, Security Groups, ELB etc.
  • ● Responsible for maintaining infrastructure security - Setup and maintain IAM users and policies.
  • ● Setup monitoring using AWS CloudTrail for security audits - Pushing Cloudtrail logs to cloudwatch logs and continuous monitoring for any security breach was achieved through Cloudwatch alarms.
