With three decades of experience, I’ve spent much of my career building brands and scaling businesses across diverse geographies. From top-tier multinationals like Akzo Nobel (Dulux), Centuryply, Dalmia Cement, Ogilvy & Mather and Havells, to leading my own start-up, Cleanomatics, I’ve honed my skills in Brand Building, Performance Marketing, E-commerce, and Growth Hacking for hyperlocal businesses. I’ve worked in India, Southeast Asia, China, and the USA, delivering impactful results in Sales, Distribution, Marketing, and Retailing. From the Building Materials industry to the laundry and dry cleaning sector, I’ve tackled a broad spectrum of challenges, developing a deep understanding of what drives business growth. In my current venture, Cleanomatics, I’ve built an e-commerce model that’s redefining professional textile care. We cater to high-end brands like Louis Vuitton, Dior, and Nike, alongside premium Indian brands such as Manyavar and Fab India. We’ve pioneered an online approach to laundry services that combines quality, convenience, and innovation – a game-changer in the hyperlocal service industry. At Cleanomatics we are now building our new SBU ( Strategic Business Unit ) called Cleanomatics Tech Solutions which we plan to hive off to a separate legal entity very soon. Cleanomatics Tech Solutions ( CTS) is engaged in providing cutting edge Fractional CMO Services for scaling up an array of sector agnostic brands and businesses. We leverage on Zoho Softwares for building the tech stacks for exponentially growing our clients’ businesses . On top of all this, my journey through BNI Global Network has given me invaluable insights into Referral/Network Marketing, Word of Mouth, and how relationships can fuel growth. I’ve learned the art of Performance Marketing for hyperlocal businesses, turning small-scale operations into rapidly scaling ones. Now, I’m on the lookout for new Fractional CMO challenges. ICI Paints India appointed me as an ASM to achieve leadership position for the business where the region market potential was estimated at 10 million British Pounds.. the target was achieving a market share of 20% in 2 years and we did over-achieve our target ---we got 23%!!
