Anupam Nidhi currently has a dual responsibility of heading Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) at both Hindustan Zinc Limited and as Head Group CSR at Vedanta Group- a natural resources conglomerate. In her previous stints she has served as Head CSR for Siemens India. and has worked with Reliance Group as the Group Head for Corporate Social Responsibility. Having worked with development sector organizations like Self Employed Women’s Association (SEWA) and LEAD-India, she has accumulated the grass-root experience which enables her to stay rooted to the brazen realities while strategizing and planning programs in her current position. Early this year she was recognized as a “Young Leader award” for her contributions in the sphere of CSR and Sustainability. She has in the past won “Indian CSR Women Leader” by India CSR and awarded the “Emerging Leader” by ASSOCHAM, India. She has been acknowledged as one of the Most Impactful CSR Leaders both at the national as well as global level. She has also been assessing corporations on Sustainability excellence for over 7 years. A Postgraduate in Management and a Masters in Labour Law, she has done her Honour’s degree in Agriculture. She brings with her a diverse educational background and exposure to multicultural and multilingual work environment.
