• As a Fieldwork Intern with the Goa Livelihood Forum, I contributed to the study of the Goa State Biodiversity Board's GoVan Project. Our team focused on developing an impact study and business case to support the project's expansion. We conducted In-Depth Interviews (IDIs) with stakeholders and utilized Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) methods, such as seasonal calendars and Problem Ranking, to gather local insights for tailored interventions.
• Our efforts centered on understanding community needs, identifying seasonal employment gaps, and optimizing the use of Non-Timber Forest Products (NTFPs) to enhance sustainable livelihoods for the communities. Through my involvement in the GoVan Project, I gained valuable insights into the complexities of running a social-purpose business and its impact on key stakeholders, including Self-Help Group women and farmers. I learned about the critical role of government interventions in driving sustainable development and the delicate balance between building a business case while preserving the project's social value. This experience deepened my understanding of how to ensure long-term sustainability while addressing the economic and social needs of marginalized communities.

• As a member of the Research Vertical, I closely collaborated with the team to ensure assessment reports aligned with client requirements. Additionally, I contributed to data management tasks, proofread CSR proposals, and assisted with website content. Through these experiences, I gained a strong understanding of needs/impact assessments, project proposal structures, and the early stages of government project planning of a statewide project.
• During my tenure here at Renovate, I also learned in greater detail about Social Work Administration, especially for NGOs, and working on Employee Engagement or CSR projects with organisations.

• During my winter break, I interned with the Sustainability team at Bright Future, an NGO dedicated to skill development, particularly focusing on the youth. • Over the years, Muskaan has evolved into an inclusive space, shifting from the concept of a 'clinic' to reaching out to children to promote their mental health and well-being.
• Muskaan has its intervention in spaces like Thane, Bandra, and Pune Family Court, Child Care Institutions like Chembur Children Home, and BMC schools within M ward.
• I closely work with children in the CCI and conduct various sessions that can help them take care of their health and mental health better. I also conduct a similar series of sessions in BMC Schools and communities.

• Paddling Foundation non-profit organization and a menstrual hygiene initiative based out of Mumbai, India. We conduct a number of campaigns through which we create awareness and distribute menstrual products in areas with restricted access to menstrual hygiene and awareness. With our constant efforts, we have impacted the lives of 37 communities, wherein close to 2,500 women witnessed a strong constructive change in their lives. Along with this, we have distributed 17,000+ menstrual products to impoverished menstruators.
• I head the Onground activities for Paddling Foundation. Which includes identifying communities for awareness sessions, understanding the needs of the menstruators and distribution of period products.
• I also work in the capacity of a Program Head for ChandraPali, a menstrual education training programme for aspiring menstrual health educators. As a program head, I interview applicants, coordinate with faculties, and ensure smooth running of the programme and mentor the students of the batch.

• Chairperson of Moneta® 2018, Pan India financial market based event. As a Chairperson I was responsible to plan and execute the entire event. Alchemy of Finance was the theme for Moneta 2018, We had various events around concepts of branding, HR, trading and much more. Manobhav, a research paper event with emphasis on use of regional language was one such unique event we had in Moneta 2018. To promote financial literacy in young mind, we had Moneta For Schools, within which school students were invited to be a part of events specially crafted for them.
