As co-founder at Kandee Factory, Anusha executes Business Development & Support, Brand Digital Strategy & Content, Customer Experience, Expectation & Engagement along with Taste Profiles of different product category for Kandee Factory. She is accredited with successfully listing products with major branded retailers in the country and creating unique taste profiles sought after by customers. Her early roles include Credit Appraisal & Customer Services, Customer Retention, Investment Advice with Transamerica Apple, Franklin Templeton Mutual fund. Her stint with ICICI bank opened up her exposure to processes & controls in Retail Banking. She was part of the pioneer team that trained & implemented 5S concepts at the bank. She conducted events, won contests for highest sales in Mutual Fund ,Gold and brought in substantial Fixed deposits which helped boost and made a good portion of the annual target for the branch. In 2009, Anusha took charge of Operations & Trade settlements for Institutional equities at Spark capital Advisors India Pvt Ltd steadily converting the settlement process from a person dependant to a process dependant support system working towards setting the base for smooth execution of current and future financially large, sensitive, live equity transactions at lowest cost. She achieved subminimal error rates with zero failed transactions. In 2014, She moved on to Business Development at Spark capital to set a support system for equity research & sales, pulling together investor roads shows. By 2015, she quit her employment with Spark capital and got onboard Kandee Factory full time. Anusha believes in process driven approach to any business activity with enough flexibility to meet changing scenario. She enjoys long walks by the beach, travelling, writing creative content & watching movies. She has worked with reknowned Architect Dr.Benny Kuriokose on a special research project on holistic healing for an Ayurveda based spa located at Prague.
