30 plus years of IT experience and 10 plus years of Cyber Security leadership experience. Matured thought leader with strong technical background in multiple domains of Cyber Security : In 2007, built up the Global Delivery Center for IBM - ISS (Internet Security Systems, a company IBM acquired in 2006) team in India at Bangalore and Pune from scratch to develop and maintain the ISS Product Development for X-Force, Site Protector, IPS/IDS etc. By 2010 the team transitioned development of major ISS products from ISS, Atlanta, US and grown to 220+ resources in two centers, before it got acquired by IBM Software Labs. From 2011 Biswajit was engaged in growing the IBM Security Services practice to manage Global Delivery for four offerings on IAM, GRC, AppSec and SIEM/SOC. In February, 2016 he joined Capgemini as Gloabal IAM operations Leader and in less than 2 years transformed the IAM team from a Run/Support team to a team that takes care of all phases of life Cycle from Solutioning to Consulting / Design / Build / Run activities for customers across the Globe. He is also nominated as Global IAM Tiger team leader for Solutioning IAM engagements. In 2018 he has taken up the role of Director IAM Center of Excellence !

In February 2007 after joining as Account Executive / Delivery Leader, I set up and stabilized two Development labs in Pune & Bangalore and transitioned Security Product Development work for 200+ people very successfully from ISS, Atlanta within 2-3 quarters.
