Hello! I'm Vandit Sanadhya, passionate about data science and machine learning algorithms. With a very strong academic background in Chemical Sciences from IIT Kanpur, I bring expertise in data science and a strong foundation in scientific research. Currently, I am working at Badho Technologies Pvt Ltd to improve the app experience by using and creating data intelligence. Being a part of the Automation team, we work on creating scalable automated workflows using n8n and python scripts, which are crucial for improving the user experience on our app by powering personalisation, solve the cold start problem, etc. by smart data analytics. Also, have an experience of Business and Strategy Analyst at FRND where I was handling the growth wrt margins for one on one calls happening on the app contributing to 80% of their revenue at that time. Along with that I was also involved in the analysis of data using advanced SQL to further increase the D1 retention, and promote longer app usage by the users. I had the opportunity to work on exciting projects and internships, developing skills like machine learning, SQL, Python, Advanced Excel. As an Analyst Intern at Pearlstone Technology and MateRate, I did funnel analysis, market research, etc. These experiences allowed me to apply my knowledge to real-world problems. In addition to my technical expertise, I've taken on leadership roles. I represented undergraduate students as the DUGC Nominee for the Department of Chemistry, providing valuable insights and resolving concerns. Outside of work, I enjoy cricket, F1, geopolitics, and traveling. These interests keep me grounded and inspire my creativity.
