• Good knowledge of Headhunting & screening the resumes from various mediums from job portals &
• Social networking sites as well as ATS
• Networking sites like LinkedIn, Xray Search, Shine, Naukri, Carrier Builder, Dice, Monster.
• Posting Job Ads & Mass Mailing through job portals and applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Good level skills in sourcing resumes through Job Boards & Salary (pay rate) negotiation with
• candidates/ employers.
• Work very closely with HR business partners, compensation department and hiring managers.
• Good knowledge about how to present qualified candidates to the managers.
• Search for candidates on various Job-portals like Dice, Monster, Career Builder, Shine, Inshtahyre,
• Naukri, and our internal Database (ATS), Job Diva.
• Good knowledge of contract, contract-hire & full-time placements of IT professionals in the US and
• Domestic.
• Deep knowledge in Full recruitment life cycle, US IT staffing, Domestic IT and Non IT staffing-Contract
• and Permanent Placements.
• Industry Exposure: NON IT, IT, BFSI, Hospitality, Insurance, FMCG, Manufacturing etc.
