• Accelerated the onboarding of Paytm Wealth products like Mutual Funds and Equity by 50% through measures like DIGILOCKER integration and eliminated manual uploads for daily incoming 4000 customers.
• Spearheaded the development of a complete new microservice which registered 1000s of users on BSE StAR and activated Mutual Fund accounts in shortest TAT. This receives around 10,000 requests per day.
• Planned and executed the migration of existing 2 million customers to BSE StAR.
• Supervised, managed and led a team of 3 peers to encrypt PII details of customers spread across more than 100 data points in Paytm Money KYC database consisting of more than 50 tables.
• End to End managed integration with IndusInd bank resulting in around 1000 new customers in the funnel.
• Proposed and Pioneered an auto FnO activation flow resulting in 100% increase in daily active numbers.
• Designed, planned and executed a core KRA flow for more than 50000 revoked customers providing a pathway to reactivation. 18000 users already got re-activated using this process.
