About

Thanks for visiting my LinkedIn profile. I have graduated with a master's in Robotics from RWTH Aachen. Over my study period, I worked in the field of robotic arm manipulation. I have explored and worked in different areas of robotics, started with solving robotic kinematics tasks and later on worked simulating physics of robotic systems using different physics simulators. I have used computer vision methods to enhance the decision-making capabilities of robotic arms. In my recent working student position at Fraunhofer IPA, I worked under Jochen Lindermayr supervision directly on a client project to solve the 6D object pose estimation of a table-top object using camera images and LiDAR data, and I created a ROS2-based end-to-end perception pipeline. Before working at Fraunhofer IPA, I spent a year at the Bosch Research Center in Renningen for my internship and master's thesis. I worked in the Artificial Intelligence for Robotics (AIR) group under the guidance of Dr. Robert Krug. During my internship, I worked on the simulation of robotic systems and explored IsaacSim. I wrote my master's thesis in the area of computer vision for a robotics use case. My thesis focused on utilizing sparse keypoints to accurately estimate the 6D pose of deformable or semi-rigid objects for grasping using a multiview camera setup.
