• In my role as a student consultant, I collaborated with a healthcare startup to significantly reduce their sales cycle from over six months to two months. Through extensive primary and secondary research on emergency rooms, EHR systems, and competitors, we identified two key stakeholders in the industry. I proactively interviewed five stakeholders to gain a deeper understanding of their roles and how the client's product could add value to their work. Based on these insights, I suggested measures to tailor the client's value proposition to the needs of these stakeholders. These recommendations were then incorporated into the client's value proposition, resulting in a significant reduction in the sales cycle.

• As the head of content development, I oversaw the development of content for the program's various channels, including social media, the program's website, and printed materials. This role included drafting compelling social media posts, creating engaging website content, and designing visually appealing posters. In addition, I mentored my team members to prepare them for future leadership roles and managed institute-wide career development talks led by senior students. Another key aspect of my role was leading the recruitment process, which involved interviewing both senior and freshman students for positions as mentors and team members. My contributions to the recruitment process were instrumental in identifying and selecting top talent for the program.

• As one of the key members of the founding team, I played a crucial role in initiating, planning, and executing a successful program that had never been implemented before in the history of our institute. Among my initial responsibilities were drafting the official program documents and meeting with administrative officials to improve program penetration. I also had the privilege of representing the organization and introducing the program to faculty members, administrative officials, mentors, and over 950 freshmen. In addition to overseeing the content development team, I worked closely with mentors and associate mentors to understand their challenges and suggested solutions to further improve the program structure. As a mentor myself, I personally guided and motivated seven freshmen to pursue their interests while maintaining good academic records.

• Nominated by the dean as the only student panel member to work with two female professors on increasing female intake in Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs). Together, we conceptualized and implemented a comprehensive plan that included creating FAQs and a help-desk for new female entrants. We also collaborated with other IITs on a Ministry of Human Resource and Development Initiative to increase female enrollment, resulting in a significant year-on-year increase of 8.3% in female enrollment at IIT Roorkee. Through my dedication to this cause, I advocated for the long-term implementation of these initiatives to ensure continued success in improving gender diversity in higher education.
