Petty Cash & Process Streamlining: Maintain petty cash documentation and advocate for cross-functional process improvements to reduce inefficiencies. Leadership Support & Ad-Hoc Requests: Respond swiftly to leadership needs by delivering data, conducting team discussions, and sharing HR reports on request. Multitasking & Prioritization: Manage a wide range of defined and undefined HR and administrative responsibilities independently, ensuring smooth daily operations.
