• Self-Service Connectivity Management Tool: Designed and implemented a self-service tool for managing outbound connections, reducing SLA response times from 3 days to real-time. This tool has been widely adopted across Amazon, significantly reducing operational workload.
• Compute Platform Optimization: Led the migration of 4,000 services across 13,000 AWS accounts to next-generation EC2 instances, resulting in a 30% reduction in service costs without service disruption.
