Got selected in the google summer of code 2019, a program sponsored by google with the organization Helikarlabs and worked on the project named candis. Candis (a portmanteau of Cancer and Discover) is an Open Source data mining suite for DNA microarrays that consist of a wide collection of tools, right from Data Extraction to Model Deployment.
Dockerized the whole application separately for development and production with separate dockerfiles for each services
employed. Also used alpine image as the base image for the Dockerfile.
Still working on incorporating scikit-learn by revamping the pipeline architecture of the app.
