• Redesigned the JioCinema player for IPL 2024-25 with features like animated controls, MultiCams, in-player discovery, and customizable subtitles, while improving support for tablets, foldables, and varied screen sizes. Boosted performance by fixing memory leaks, reducing recompositions, and enhancing Compose stability. Ensured player resiliency by maintaining key metrics (PFR, VST, Rebuffering), resolving decoder issues, and providing on-call support with RCA documentation. Also built immersive VR360 experiences and a short video platform (Sparks) for the new JioHotstar app.
