• Tender bidding of maintenance project on TOT (Toll-Operate and Transfer) basis:
•  Pre-tendering site survey including functional and structural survey of TOT Model bidding
•  Design: Pavement Design, Overlay Design, Geometric Design and junction improvement
•  Part of India's first TOT Contract winning team
• Major Maintenance of a completed project:
•  Lead a team to extract the FWD data and design the overlay within the stipulated time
• Project Monitoring of Four/Six laning of NH on HAM basis:
•  Project Budget and planning: Involvement in preparation of project budget and setting month-wise target. Also monitoring the project daily with DPR
•  Material Quality: Checking the quality of the materials with the results obtained from site laboratory.
•  Material Reconciliation: Material reconciliation of major raw materials like aggregate, steel and concrete.
•  Billing: Checking RA and IPC bills
