• 1. Reduced operational load by bringing quality, innovation and process. This resulted in a 50% reduction in production defects over 18 months.
• 2. Improve overall code coverages from 54 to 72 % . As a result, we were able to deliver 7 quarterly releases and 90% of the releases were on time.
• 3. Reduced tech debt and P2-P3 defects by 40 % . It resulted in a 20% reduction of L2 support tickets and better iteration content with up to 80% of new features or enhancements.

• Developed an algorithm to extract sequence dependent parameters for rigid base model of DNA from Molecular Dynamics (MD) simulations. MD produces a huge volume of data; hence it requires a good understanding of these data. I have used different machine learning and statistical methods like
• moving averages, forecasting methods, Hidden Markov Model, Clustering Techniques, Principal
• Component Analysis, and Kalman Filtering for data analysis
• Milestones: During this period, I have taught Linear algebra with Matlab to undergraduate Computer science and was teaching assistant for Mathematical Modeling of DNA.
