• 1. Code Explainability :
• Developed a model, which for the ServiceNow Scripting Language code, explains the overall functionality of it and adds comments to the code.
• Built the end user experience and integrated with the Now Platform for all stored code.
• Utilized ServiceNow’s Inhouse LLM as the foundational model, finetuned it, conducted prompt engineering and changed model vocabulary.
• Automated inference and output evaluation, which detects any kind of hallucination.

• 2. Prompt Authoring Tool (PAT) :
• Platform facilitating prompt engineering, experimentation on extensive datasets, labelling outcomes across multiple LLMs.
• Onboarded new LLMs: Llama2 13B, Llama2 70B, NowLLM, NeMo.
• Built an Arena Playground, where one can add multiple playgrounds for trying out different configurations across multiple LLMs and can generate results for the selected playgrounds.
• Predefined example usecases, with multiple LLM‑specific details can be selected.
• Sole developer and contact point for all the BUs.
• 3. Demo Data Creator (Hackathon):
• Built ready to use platform which creates dynamic and reliable demo data on‑the‑fly from the table structure for any scoped application in ServiceNow using LLM.
