  • My career kicked off.
  • I decided to join in EastMoney, one of the biggest brokers in China, after tens of interviews with other financial companies. "There are tons of projects and skills you can explore and learn in our team with great freedom, which would definitely make you understand the industry and business quickly." said by my manager, who has always been sincere and thoughtful to me since day 1.
  • As one of the "Excellent Graduate"s in school, I thought the job would be a piece of cake for me and I could outperform my team leader's expectations very soon. However, on day 1 I almost freaked out by the scale of the assigned projects, by the complexity of the design, and lost myself in the ocean of code. I was almost disqualified and fired! After struggling to learn and practice for a few months with great stress, I began to figure out the difference between school projects and business projects. I learnt how to scrutinize the project details effectively and build robust applications quickly. I did make the projects back to track and won the praise of almost everyone in the department.
  • Having been there for almost two years, making lots of close friends, I thought it was time to go. I decided to go to the financial hub Hong Kong for postgraduate study and further exploration.
  • This is the way.
