This robust system was designed to handle the vast spectrum of online and offline merchant workflows, as well as core transactional and post-transactional processes. The result? An ecosystem that's as stable as it is dynamic, processing millions of transactions daily while ensuring security and efficiency. 🔹 Navigating the Microservices Maze: Our architecture involved orchestrating transactions across multiple microservices, seamlessly integrating with multiple bank acquirers, and employing dynamic routing to cater to a variety of payment methods like UPI, Wallets, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, and more. 🔹 Fund Flows in Focus: Migrating from our existing system was no small feat, but we did it seamlessly. My team and I implemented real-time monitoring and alerting systems to meticulously track fund flows, ensuring that every financial transaction was accounted for and accounted correctly. 🔹 Operational Excellence: A real-time reconciliation mechanism and a T+1 view of Receivables and Payables were introduced to eliminate operational hiccups. We also introduced a dashboard for a comprehensive view, substantially reducing operational issues and enhancing user experiences. 🔹 Team Leadership: In this journey, I've had the privilege of leading a dedicated team that thrives on excellence. Together, we handle over 100+ million daily transactions, maintaining an impressive uptime and cost efficiency, all while embracing the challenge with unwavering customer obsession. With this chapter successfully closed, I've embarked on a new and exciting challenge: spearheading the development of Paytm-Lending.
