• Part of Platform External Developer Experience team which owns products like Documentation website, Developer Portal, SDKs that play an important role in improving experience at different stages of user journey.
• Documentation website (https://razorpay.com/docs): An important product for getting product overviews, integrating SDKs, detailed API reference guide, etc.
• Key contributions:
• Owned migration of docs website from SSG to SSR enabling capabilities like experimentation, vernacular support, etc. This includes writing detailed tech specs, cross team collaboration for reviews and approvals, etc. Learned working with technologies like docker, kubernetes, github workflows, etc.
• Build a unique and a low cost solution using SSR, Github APIs, github.dev online code editor, for internal stakeholders to improve content authoring experience of razorpay’s docs site which has had a positive impact in the org.
• Built crucial plugins having good test coverage for migrating docs build system from Markdown to MDX having ~2k pages, for enhancing interactivity and UX significantly, without affecting tech writers experience and workflow significantly.
• Revamping the website UI, building reusable components using inhouse design system having good test coverage.
• Developer portal: Built an intuitive dashboard that shows logs and metrics for developers/users interacting with razorpay APIs and Webhooks for easy debugging and troubleshooting.
