As a Developer Software at Empower, I worked on modernizing the architecture and upgrading the tech stack of the existing applications, using the latest technologies such as AWS, Spring Boot, React, and Kafka. I created and implemented a proof of concept on resiliency patterns for robust API development, introduced pact testing for new endpoints, and integrated pact along with other metrics and alerts tools such as Prometheus and Grafana. I also contributed to the migration of code from on-prem to cloud-based applications, using Kubernetes and Jenkins for deployment and troubleshooting.
