Started facility for online transactions in college fest: Proposed and implemented the online transactions system for the first time on Oasis 2017 to buy food from stalls eliminating the need for paper-based stubs. Over Rs. 10,00,000 (~14,000 USD) worth of transactions were done from the app.
Implemented QR-code based entry system: Proposed and implemented QR-code based event entry system eliminating the need for paper-based stubs thereby reducing the queue delay by 50%.
Selfie Contest: Proposed and Implemented Selfie contest as an in-app feature in the fest's official app to increase user engagement. Increased average app-use time by a whopping 230%.
