• ● Designed and implemented backend framework and database related to new android policies to display and process customer configuration data, and its lifecycle from web portal till it reaches device using AMAPI. Integrated this framework with existing android web portal.
• ● Worked with a team to design and deliver a new backend framework for multiple android application configuration and distribution workflows for android devices using AMAPI. Delivered secure and scalable backend framework by minimizing number of request and request size to reduce server load and api processing time.
• ● New framework developed using modern technologies like microservices, Kafka, Memcached, RESTful apis etc. Also used docker, Kubernetes and Jenkins cicd for testing and deployment.

• Part of platform team for MDM product Maas360.
• ● Worked with a team to modernize core piece of product to improve and consolidate end-to-end workflows using modern technologies like microservices, Spring boot, Kafka, RESTful, NoSQL etc.
• ● Successfully developed and delivered core functionality of MaaS360- Policy and Compliance for all platforms (iOS, Android, Windows, MacOS). Along the way optimizing loading and user activity performance by almost 70%. Also made it more scalable and user friendly by considering customer requirements.
• ● New NoSQL CouchDB database configured and designed json document structure to store metadata information related to policy. Migrated existing xml metadata documents to new json document db.
• ● Interfacing with various teams to understand the requirements and helping to plan the product roadmap. Also delivered core framework used across several teams and workflows within a planned timeline.
• ● Migrated old framework to new in a phase manner to reduce customer impact. Resolved customer queries and bug fixes for old and new frameworks.

• Customer usage dashboard and outlier prediction - To improve and focus more on most used workflows by customers and identify customers who have different usage patterns.
