• Worked as part of the TMC team delivering IT services to HP Inc., contributing to the development and maintenance of features in a utility that supports HP’s bulk hardware provisioning for customers. Alongside my primary role on the Node.js backend, Postgres database, and AWS integrations, I also upskilled in Angular to help customize the UI for this utility.
• Served as the key analyst for a complex legacy application managing Dart deal imports, which involved extracting extensive metadata on HP printers, software, and other leased hardware. I independently upgraded this large feature to handle reading, manipulation, updates, and saving of large datasets, while also enabling end users to import and manage multiple Dart deals seamlessly through the UI.

• Worked with a US-based insurance provider for 3.5 years, focusing on Node.js development and guiding teams in implementing SRE practices by defining SLAs, SLIs, and SLOs for their applications. My key impact was in the AWS domain, including:
• Implemented event-driven patterns in AWS, including EventBridge rule setup and event capture through Node.js-based Lambda functions.
• Created AWS Lambda functions for S3 bucket operations and automated their deployment through Terraform v0.12.
