Created a service from scratch by designing and conducting a proof-of-concept on a business use-case, including creating the handlers, postgres DB, Rest APIs, which later became an official microservice of the product and organisation.

Started my career implementing DevOps methodologies with the BriteBill team :-
Implemented DevOps methodologies to maintain SaaS applications and improve the user billing moment proactively and preemptively.
Worked independently and in a team at same time in two different projects as DevOps Engineer in both projects, communicating directly with customer(based in Germany) in one of them to convert business use-case to code.
Automated workflows and implemented solutions using core AWS services like VPC, S3, EKS, CloudFront, CloudWatch, CloudFormation, CodeDeploy, R53, CodeCommit and EC2.
Supporting customer queries and production issues on JIRA.
Maintained Pipelines, resolved CI/CD issues on Jenkins, and fixed build failures.
Created and maintained an AWS EKS Cluster from Scratch for customer and also conducted monthly deployments on this cluster for a Classic+Micro-Service architecture based project for all UAT and Production environments.
Provided support to internal and external stakeholders on multiple platforms.
