Worked with TPSP team ( Ccaas). Worked on NLP based project to transcribe the voice call of the company's agents and quantify them to analyse their sentiment and plot a graph from it. We analysed different services (likee IBM watson, AWS Comprehend, Stanford CoreNLP) and python libraries (NLTK, TextBlob) and compared them for sentiment analyses on various parameters and testing these models and libraries on different datasets and finally on our dataset. We created an end to end API service for the same using different pre trained BERT/RoBERTA based models.
